Include a design name or relevant location and a concise description. For a server-local issue, notify a server editor too. Do not forward illegal material or sensitive personal data.

Use /moot forget in the current test app to delete saved character/workspace preferences and owned submitted assets. Email us for questions or other privacy requests.

Common fixes

Launch the Activity in its office text channel and keep it open while using voice.
Choose Join voice to change your call; walking and portals only move your character.
If Discord reconnects or permissions change, wait for the connection to recover or relaunch the Activity.
Ask an authorized editor to check a room mapping, pending artwork or a changed permission.
Try Balanced or Efficient graphics if the scene is heavy for your device.

Access and support expectations

There is no public signup, install flow or support Discord invite yet. Existing testers can contact their server administrator or test coordinator. Others can email with access questions or feedback.

We do not promise a response time or automatically send a report from this website. Email only the information needed for the request. Support messages are not added to a marketing list.
