The useful answers

A few things
you might ask.

What works today, what is planned, and where Discord’s native controls fit.

Can I add Moot to my server?

Moot is in private testing. Public installation and signup are not open. Existing testers can follow the guide; everyone else can contact support with questions.

Do we need another calling app?

No. Moot runs as a Discord Activity with a companion bot. Discord carries the calls, and members use Moot inside Discord.

Does walking change my voice channel?

Walking, sitting and portals change your character’s location. Your call changes only when you use Discord’s native controls or deliberately choose Join voice in Moot.

Can Moot show camera video beside characters?

The current integration can show camera-on status. Camera feeds stay in Discord’s native video view because the published Activity APIs do not expose those feeds to Moot.

Is there proximity audio?

Audio follows real Discord voice channels. The current Activity integration does not offer independent distance-based audio. Being near a character does not connect or expose a call.

What does customization include today?

Private testers can compose pixel characters, outfits and accessories; build 2D art and 3D voxel objects; edit areas, floors and portals; and manage a server library with native JSON import and export.

Can we share creations between servers?

The current build has portable native JSON assets and world packs. A public catalog on moot.world and inside Discord is planned, with explicit publishing consent, credits, versions and review. Public submissions are not open.

How will pricing work?

The proposed plan is server-based: a free tier, a 30-day no-card trial and paid capacity based on people using Moot at once. Proposed prices and capacities are on the pricing page; no plans are for sale yet.

Who can change our world?

Authorized server editors use Build and review member designs. Members can manage their own character and submitted designs. Discord permissions and Moot’s ownership and revision checks govern consequential actions.

Are the pictures actual screenshots?

The scene images on this website are original concept illustrations. They show aesthetic possibilities, not downloadable worlds, actual member activity or guaranteed release features.

Does this site read my Discord account?

No. This version has no Discord login, uploads, checkout or live-world connection. The privacy policy separately explains the website and current private-test Activity and bot.

How do I report a problem or request deletion?

Email support@moot.world. For unwanted art in your server, contact an authorized server editor as well. Use Discord’s native reporting tools for Discord account, message or call issues. The support page explains what to include.
