A Darkhorse & Bandit product

Good company.
A place to keep.

Moot began with a team that already lived in Discord and wanted the feeling of coworking in the same space. The idea grew beyond the office.

From one office to many worlds

A home for
the people already there.

Aulendur Labs was Moot’s original pilot and theme. Moot World is a Darkhorse & Bandit product, with a wider audience: friend groups, guilds, students, makers, fandoms and teams.

Hometown is the planned default. Office remains a useful setting, alongside worlds that feel playful, academic, futuristic or fantastical.

Community loyalty,
before quick money.

Start generously

A free place to belong.

A useful free tier and an upfront trial are central to the launch plan. Capacity should grow with a server’s real use.

Keep what you make

Creations are worth keeping.

The trial direction preserves worlds and creations when capacity steps down. Portable formats help keep work manageable.

No gambling mechanics

Expression, without the gamble.

No loot boxes, NFTs, paid random items or cash-tradeable objects. The intended public library treats creations as gifts.

Respect the platform

Discord stays Discord.

Native voice, permissions and safety controls remain in place. Moot adds a world without creating its own calling app.

Built in the open about what’s next.

The current app is in private testing. This website presents real creative capabilities and clearly labels future modes, library features and pricing proposals. Scene illustrations are concepts rather than claims about a completed release.

Public onboarding, operational readiness and the legal and platform work needed for public sharing and billing are still being prepared.
